Bestsellers 2022

The Georgian Publishers and Booksellers Association announce and honors the year's bestselling books at the end of each year after conducting a thorough and detailed analysis of the sales data given by the publishing houses, bookstores, and other distribution channels operating throughout Georgia.

This year was no exception, as the top six nominations for the best-selling publications of 2022 were announced:

Nomination: Bestselling Book by a Georgian Author (fiction)

Winner: Tinatin Beridze, 'Second Chance' (original title: მეორე შანსი) Palitra L Publishing 

Nomination: Bestselling Book Translated into Georgian (fiction)

Winner: Colleen Hoover, 'It Ends With Us' Translator Natia Chubinidze, Palitra L Publishing

Nomination: Bestselling Children's Book By Gerogian Author

Winner: Zaira Arsenishvili,  'Adventures of Tiny Kato' (original title: მოკლე კატოს თავგადასავალი) Sulakauri Publishing

Nomination: Bestselling Children's Book Translated into Georgian 

Winner: Dav Pilkey, Dod Man - Unlished, Translator Nino Gogaladze, Sulakauri Publishing

Nomination: Bestselling YA Fiction Book by a Contemporary Georgian Author

Winner: Tamar Gegeshidze, 'You Should Sit Silente' (original title: ჩუმად უნდა იჯდე) Intelekti Publishing

Nomination: Bestselling Non-fiction Book

Winner: Ikigai, Francesc Miralles, Translator Ana Albutashvili, Palitra L Publishing

Georgian Publishers and Booksellers Association has awarded the 2020 bestseller authors and translators with diplomas and gifts.
